The hosts were really helpful and easy to communicate with. The studio was in a quiet area but wasn't far from the centre.

Info & Facilities

Via Vittorio Emanuele
for 2 people
1 king size bedroom
floor 1
Air Conditioned
1 bathroom

Bright studio (about 30 square meters) with balcony, custom furniture and air conditioning, on the first floor of a modern building with elevator. Only 20 minutes walk from the city center (just off the ZTL).

The apartment is located next to the Horticulture Garden, a major green lung of the city, famous for its iron and steel greenhouse and often home to public and private events.

The area is well connected by public transport and very well served (various shops and refreshments). Nearby is the Parterre underground parking lot (5 minutes on foot). The city center (within walking distance in less than 20 minutes) and Piazzale Michelangelo are connected by bus.

Just outside the city center, the Garden of Horticulture is a quiet spot where you can chill out while admiring Florence skyline. Featuring a huge nineteenth century greenhouse, it hosts flower markets, and during summer it becomes an outdoor pub, with a kiosk, and concerts every night.

Suitable for up to 2 persons.
Main room: king size bed, table and chairs, 32” flat TV (Netflix available).

A booklet with all needed info, rules, downtown city map, places to visit, suggested restaurants, useful numbers, list of closets services and shops is at your disposal.

The total value paid for this reservation by the guest includes the services offered by Suite Florence.

The consultancy service, property management and collection (fees and services) is entrusted to Suite Florence by the owner.

From the train station, first-time visitors inevitably gravitate towards Piazza del Duomo and the adjacent Baptistery. Their colourful patterned exteriors make a starling contrast with the dun-toned buildings around. Each of those great buildings is remarkable inside as out, and an ascent of the Cathedral's Dome will give you astounding views over the city to the hazy Tuscan hills beyond.

After exploring the cathedral, you can escape the crowds by climbing the Campanile of Giotto, the Duomo's belltower, or visit the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, a repository for works of art removed over the centuries from the Duomo, from the Baptistery and from the Campanile.
Next to it you can explore the Loggia del Bigallo. It contains a tiny museum relating to one of the city's oldest philanthropic institutions.
If you're in need of a break after this architectural and artistic overload, you can recharge your batteries at one of the cafés nearby Piazza della Repubblica, a square that was plannd as a showcase for the Florence Capital City at the end of the XIX century, of the newly united Italy.
